About the role:

As we grow bigger it’s of the highest importance that processes are put into place and structures are created to help us using our existing interfaces to the fullest. Therefore, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (f/m/div) for our Sales & Account Management team who takes the lead in ensuring our operational effectiveness and drives ongoing optimization of our end-to-end sales operations.


What you'll achieve:

First weeks:

  • Learn and be familiar with our sales processes, contracts as well as our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Begin designing, developing and maintaining our sales processes

  • Be fully ramped to coordinate customer requirements.

First months:

  • With a Salesforce focus, recommend internal solutions to increase our speed in customer acquisition

  • Take our prospects from initial commercial offer to final contract closing

  • Collaborate closely with key roles like sales and account managers, legal, product, operations and customer service

  • Support our sales team with preparing pitch decks, price lists and sending proposal to our potential partners

  • Make sure that our sales managers are aligned with their projects and are well connected - not only here in Berlin but also with our partnership team in Hamburg

  • Oversee our idea pipeline to make sure that no ball gets dropped and that there are no loose ends when working with our partners (such as  keeping our contracts up-to-date, or being on top of our contract expiry deadlines).

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the areas of sales, business development or product management

  • Experience in cloud software environment is a strong plus

  • You know how to design strong sales processes, and have worked with salesforce

  • You have current experience in working independently on important strategic projects

  • You are a team player, always looking for new solutions to improve

  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills as well as a business fluency in German and English

  • Eager to contribute beyond your role and help to develop overall sales organization further

  • Passionate about technology; a natural, credible evangelist who is experienced in stranslating that passion into business impact for customers.
